CICC is a comprehensive engineering consulting institution which was set up in September 1988 authorized by Chongqing municipal government .It is one of the standing-directors units of the Engineering Advisory Association of China and a member of the Members' Association of International Federation Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).
CICC possesses A Grade qualification of engineering consulting issued by the Committee of National Development and Planning, A Grade qualification of construction costs consulting issued by the Ministry of Construction, A Grade qualification of Construction Supervision and qualification of budget and final account examination issued by the municipal governing department.
