Please download one of the following forms (perferrablly first two
one), then complete and send this form to CNAEC, which will send a
formal invitation letter for visa application, usually by fax, occasionally
by mail. The formal invitation letter, authorized by Chinese goverment,
will enable participants to get visa smoothly.
Please give your fax number and a postal address for contacts. Send
this form of participant with accompanying person(s), to CNAEC: preferably
by e-amil at info@cnaec.org.cn, or fax: +86-10-68 36 48 43.
